Signet begins its journey with our precious chocolate malt spirit, crafted just once a year in our towering stills, reminiscent of giraffes. Its intense, espresso-like aroma fills the Distillery, evoking the atmosphere of an Italian coffee bar. As the years pass, Signet matures and evolves, its potency tempered by the influence of rare and treasured casks. Creaminess from bourbon, sweetness from sherry, and the spicy warmth of virgin charred oak all contribute to its complexity, complemented by some of our oldest whiskies. The culmination? A velvet explosion of flavor, characterized by bursts of bitter mocha, sizzling spice, and waves of dark chocolate, smoothed over by luscious butterscotch.
